Strangelove Silent Film Day

A 16-day celebration of artists, video, film, performance and sound is coming to Folkestone in March and Hellfire is proud to be a part of it.

Strange Love International Time Based Arts Festival will take over Folkestone’s Creative Quarter from March 9 through March 24 and will include exhibits and art pieces by famous and local artists alike. Hellfire will be curating a Silent Film Day as part of the celebrations.

The Hellfire Silent Film Day takes place at our spiritual home the Lime Bar Cafe in Tontine Street on March 16 from 12pm through to 6pm. A varied range of silent films of yesteryear up to today will be screened throughout the day. It is a free event and you can come and go as you please and enjoy the visuals with a nice drink and/or meal.
